Agustina Galeazzi works in the “Tax Compliance, Accounting and Outsourcing”, “Tax Advisory” and “Transfer Pricing” departments.

Within the Tax Advisory Department her practice includes tax advice for corporations established in Uruguay, (with activities both in national territory and abroad), and tax advice for individuals in Uruguay.

As part of the Tax Compliance, Accounting and Outsourcing Department, her practice includes accounting advice, taxation, payroll, and corporate advice for corporations established in Uruguay.

As part of the Transfer Pricing Department her practice includes transfer pricing advice for corporations established in Uruguay belonging to multinational groups or with operations subject to transfer pricing regulations, as well as the supervision of transfer pricing reports and tax returns. She has been responsible for the local development of the transfer pricing practice area.

Post-graduated in Tax Specialization of ORT University in Uruguay. She is a member of the Uruguayan Association of Accountants, Economists and Administrators and of the Uruguayan Institute of Tax Studies.

She is a professor of Main Special Tax Regimes of the Master programme in Tax Specialization of ORT University in Uruguay. She has also delivered training courses internally and to clients regarding taxes, transfer pricing and international double taxation treaties.

She is a member of the Association of Accountants of Uruguay, the Uruguayan Institute of Tax Studies and of the International Fiscal Association.

Professional experience abroad
She has professional experience abroad, having worked in June-September 2009 at Grant Thornton Argentina, specializing in Transfer Pricing. In addition, she participated in the GTIL Tax Academy (Grant Thornton International Ltd. Advanced Manager Program) in Hong Kong in November 2013, consisting in a global case study resolution interacting with professionals of various American, European and Asian countries.
