It recently advised Chilean casino operator Enjoy on the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a stake in the Conrad Punta del Este Resort and Casino, owned by US gaming giant Caesars Entertainment. Dispute resolution

Labour and employment

Guyer & Regules’ team ‘delivers responses quickly and clearly’ and has ‘an important relationship with the fiscal and administrative authorities’. The team is led by Eduardo Ameglio and Leonardo Slinger, who are ‘efficient and clear in their responses to clients’ labour concerns’. Since June 2012, the pair has been representing the Uruguayan banking association in negotiating a salary agreement with unions and the government that will set salary increases and other labour benefits across the industry for the next three years.
